Getting Started with PackHours

Welcome to PackHours! This guide will help you get started tracking lesson package hours for your studio using GoHighLevel.

Prerequisites

  • An active GoHighLevel account (Agency or Location)
  • Admin access to your GHL sub-account
  • Basic familiarity with GHL contacts and calendars

Quick Start Steps

  1. Sign up for PackHours - Click "Get Started" and connect your GoHighLevel account via OAuth
  2. Create your first package - Define a lesson package (e.g., "10 Hour Package" for $200)
  3. Link to GHL product - Connect your package to an existing GHL payment product
  4. Set up webhooks - PackHours automatically configures webhooks to track purchases and appointments
  5. Share portal links - Send students their unique portal URL to view their hours
