Important: We do not collect personal information directly from you. All data we process already exists in your GoHighLevel account - we simply read and process it to provide our tracking service.

We use the data accessed from your GHL account solely to provide the PackHours service:
- Calculate and track lesson package balances for your students
- Record transactions when packages are purchased or lessons are used
- Generate reports on package usage and student activity
- Sync appointment data to automatically deduct hours
- Display student balances in the portal widget

- Student package balances and transaction history
- OAuth tokens (encrypted) to maintain your GHL connection
