Terms of Service

PackHours is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application designed to help businesses track lesson package hours for their clients. The Service integrates with GoHighLevel (GHL) to provide:

• Automated tracking of lesson hours and credits for student packages
• Integration with your GoHighLevel CRM to sync contact and transaction data
• Dashboard and reporting tools to manage lesson packages and balances
• Student portal for clients to view their remaining hours and transaction history

The Service is intended for use by dance studios, music schools, fitness centers, tutoring services, and similar businesses that sell lesson packages to their clients.

To use PackHours, you must:

• Have an active GoHighLevel account with appropriate permissions
• Connect your GoHighLevel account to PackHours through our authorized OAuth integration
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.

PackHours offers the following subscription plans:

Payment terms:

• All fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• If payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until payment is resolved

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users or our staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent

As PackHours integrates with GoHighLevel, you must also comply with GoHighLevel's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Violations of GHL's terms may result in suspension or termination of your PackHours account.

PackHours processes data through the GoHighLevel integration to provide the Service. Here's how we handle your data:

• Data Collection: We access contact information, custom fields, and transaction data from your GoHighLevel account as authorized by you
• Data Processing: We process this data to track lesson hours, generate reports, and provide the Service functionality
• Data Storage: Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit
• Data Retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required by law
• Data Sharing: We do not sell your data. We only share data with third-party service providers necessary to operate the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by GoHighLevel that affect your use of the Service

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
• You may export your data before your access ends

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your payment method fails and cannot be resolved
• We are required to do so by law or to protect the security of the Service
• Your GoHighLevel account is suspended or terminated

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period, subject to our legal obligations.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:

• We will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect
• The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date
• Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
